Having completed Thor: Love and Thunder, Australian actor Chris Hemsworth is gearing up for future projects, like the Extraction sequel for Netflix, and he’s putting in serious work to get in shape for it. Hemsworth posted a video on Instagram of his workout routine for Extraction 2, and it involves a series of exercises focused on functional movements, agility, strength, and speed, as opposed to pure heavy weight training like he’s done in the past for other roles.
